Reliable & Cost Effective Pollution Free Energy

01.02.10

Smaller farm or residential scale turbines cost less but they are more expensive when per kilowatt of energy producing capacity is applied on the rates. This would indicate a 10 kilowatt machine might cost roughly around $48,000. In this manner 100 kilowatts wind turbines would cost roughly $2,800 to $4,800 per kilowatt of capacity. Not completely, but enough that more people than ever are successfully generating very cheap and powerful diy wind power. The plans people are using have revolutionized these projects from their straight forward designs and affordability. This article will point out the huge contribution of these plans and give you a few tips.

The older plans used to be needlessly confusing in the way they explained what needs to be done and in the way the actual designs of the windmill are drawn out. Some people realized this and developed excellent plans that guarantee that ordinary people could build home made wind power generators for around $100. This article hopes to clear up some misconception and point people in the right direction-the affordable one. The last step in building your own wind turbine is to deal with the legal side of things. Like it or not you are going to have to do this. If you don’t you could face some hefty fines. A wind turbine creates reliable, cost-effective, pollution free energy. It is affordable, clean and sustainable. One wind turbine can be sufficient to generate energy for a household. Because wind is a source of energy which is non-polluting and renewable, wind turbines create power without using fossil fuels, without producing greenhouse gases or radioactive or toxic waste.

Lower Body Exercises For Beginning Bodybuilders

01.02.10

The lower body contains some of your biggest muscles which are capable of bearing significant weights. The temptation for beginners to go for broke by performing heavy squats should be resisted. To begin with you should concentrate on building the muscles safely by using machines that isolate muscle groups. The squat is an excellent compound exercise that trains numerous lower body muscles but it is one you should learn properly after spending three months strengthening the individual muscles that will be utilized later.

The muscles of the lower body can be divided into five groups:

1. Quads - this is the big muscle group consisting of four muscles at the front of the thigh. These are the primary muscles used when performing exercises such as squats, leg press, lunge and leg extension.

2. Hamstrings - these are the main muscles at the back of the thigh. These are the primary muscles used when performing leg curls.

3. Gluteals - these are the muscles that make up the buttocks.

4. Hip flexors - these are the small muscles at the front of the pelvis that allow you to raise your legs to the front.

5. Calves - these are the two muscles found in the lower leg.

For beginners these muscles should be exercised as follows:

1. Leg press - 1 set of 10-15 reps. This is a useful exercise for the quads but it also works the hamstrings and glutes to a lesser degree.

2. Leg extension - 3 sets of 10-15 reps. This is a useful exercise for adding definition to the quads.

3. Hamstring curl - 3 sets of 10-15 reps. This exercise isolates the hamstrings.

4. Standing calf raise - 3 sets of 10-15 reps. This exercise works the gastrocnemius muscle.

5. Seated calf raise - 3 sets of 10-15 reps. This exercise works the soleus muscle underneath the gastrocnemius muscle.

As with all exercises you need to take care in scheduling specific body parts. To begin with you should incorporate your lower body exercises into a program similar to the one suggested below:

Day 1: Biceps, Back, Abs

Day 2: Hamstrings, Shoulders, Abs

Day 3: Quads, Forearms, Calves

Day 4: Triceps, Chest, Abs

For the first couple of weeks complete one set but then add one set each week to a maximum of three. At the end of three months you will be ready to move on to more intensive intermediate level exercises.

Your Guide - Volunteering Your Time

01.02.10

As I expect you know, donating your time as a volunteer allows you to make your community stronger and at the same go assist the poor. And actually, it’s significantly less hassle to volunteer when an event is pre-planned. Of course, if you volunteer as part of a larger effort with co-workers, it’s likely to be more enjoyable.

In reaction to this issue, some companies are creating initiatives helping their employees to work for the community. A leader in this field is Adaptive Marketing LLC of Connecticut who also offer shopping programs including Todays Escapes to consumers.

If you were asked for examples of company-backed volunteer work, you’d most likely talk in terms of giving blood, perhaps an annual call for donations, but this is simply no longer true. To take one example, Adaptive Marketing has offered employees opportunities to help with anything from shoe recycling efforts to local tree planting weekends. In cases like these, the dates, times and locations that had been arranged were posted, making it convenient for staff members to know what to expect, and how much time it might take precisely. There should always be a choice between activities, naturally. Staff members from Adaptive Marketing choose from among a selection of programs. When looking for things to do you see so many; taking part in the education and entertainment of children, lending a hand to environmental programs, or improving the area’s look through artists among others. A volunteer who has fun is an effective volunteer, consequently, by providing so many projects Adaptive Marketing ensure that progress will be made in a great many areas. A regular addition to their schedule or a big one-off event - these are the usual ways for a business to arrange this kind of volunteer initiative, perhaps at a nearby homeless shelter or the local school. Members of staff may well say that they have no time to give, though one would be surprised if they honestly can’t find the hours to help at some smaller one-day event.

We’re sure that by now you’ve heard a number of tales of organizations giving back to the citizens of their home town. The good worksefforts of those who work at Adaptive Marketing create valuable goodwill in their home town. Helping others leaves you feeling much better about yourself - just the sort of feeling to motivate your workforce both in their daily work and their volunteer activities, too. Organizing a drive to help employees to volunteer rewards everyone involved.

How To Make Great Money Part Time Buying And Selling Domain Names - Part One

01.02.10

This truly is the business to get into in 2005. It’s a red hot opportunity that savvy investors can make a killing on when you know how. And this article will walk you step-by-step through the money-making process.

Don’t be put off by the term “investors”. I’m not talking big money down here. As long as you’ve got a spare £5 a week then great money can be made for only half an hour of your time. Like the sound of that? Thought so.

There’s a few ways you can make money buying domain names and selling them on for profit. And I mean PROFIT. You’ll see why people will be scratching at your door to buy off you in just a moment.

Let’s start with the basics.

All domain names are only registered for a limited amount of time.Registrars can choose to use the name for a period of between 1-10 years. After this the rights to these domain names expire and the user has to renew the name again. If they don’t do this it will be placed on hold for a short time and then deleted. This means it is then availible for anyone who wants to buy it!

This Is Where You Can Cash In!

20,000 expired domain names are made availible each and every day. Some of them are very attractive and well-established names.

Example. Last year the owners of Race.com carelessly didn’t renew their registration fee. It was grabbed (the term used to describe purchasing an expired name) by a savvy ‘investor’ for a few pounds and sold for thousands and thousands back to the old owner.

The owner was willing to pay huge sums for to the investor because he had built up qualified traffic over X amount of years and didn’t want to lose all the previous custom.

Now I admit that making a sale for thousands is rare, but is certainly possible.

The likeliness is that you can buy a domain name and register it for £5-£50 and then sell it on for anything from £150 - £1000. Do this with five domain names a week, and your looking at a big sum of money for only a couple of hours work.

It’s not just businesses that have carelessly let their domain name that will buy off you. It’s other businesses too that will buy the name to get the old owners’ traffic. It’s a legitamate way of increasing your customer base.

And if the old owner and a new potential owner get into a bidding war…well..the sky really is the limit.

So there’s two main reasons why people will be willing to pay YOU a couple of hundred pounds for a domain name.

a) They carelessly let the domain name expire. That means that they will pay you to get the name back to ensure that they don’t lose their existing traffic that they may have built up over years and years.

B) They are a business in the same field as the one that has let the name expire and therfore will pay you to secure the exisitng custom of a rival.

Here’s step-by-step how you go about this fantastically profitable part time business.

There are several sources of expired domain name information and reserach tools, some free and some that require a payment of a fee.

www.wehavethem.com supplies lists of names due to be deleted. Www.DeletedDomains.com allows you to do some searching free and more extensive searching for a $99 annual fee.You can search for names that are due to be deleted and also allows you to bid on newly deleted names that have already been grabbed by other ‘investors’.

What you are looking for is an expired domain name with traffic in the last month of anything over 1500. Ensure that the site is an actual consumer site. There’s no point buying a domain name if the previous site wasn’t selling any goods.

If you see a site that had tens of thousands of visitors in the last month GET IT. The likeliness is that the previous owners will be itching to get their name back off of you due to its obvious success.

Also if you see a name with a large qualified traffic thats due to expire and has a high traffic volume use an automated grabbing system such as www.snapnames.com and www.pool.com. These will ensure the second they become availible you will have registered them. The cost is about $60 but only if they get the names for you. Definately worth it in my eyes.

Remember you could easily sell the name for hundreds, maybe thousands.

In part 2 we’ll take a look at how you go about selling the names once you have acquired them. But in the mean time here’s a few domain names which were up for sale at the time of writing this article. Now obviously not all names sell for this much, but it’s a very real possibility that you could stumble across a gem in your business.

my.com $750,000
lovelife.com $350,000
fights.net $16,000
diet.us $35,000
askdoctors.com $7,500
dietary.info $6,000
lovemaking.info $10,000
textmeassage.net $17,000
ejobmarket.com $1,800
smokers.tv $5,000
teens.org $22,000
raregifts,com $20,000

The profits in this business are like no other. Now it’s your turn to get your hands on your share in the billion dollar industry of buying and selling domain names.

Until next time…

Homeschool Program and Homeschool Programs

01.02.10

Homeschool programs are more prevalent then they once were. A lot of families are opting to have their children homeschooled for a variety of reasons. Some of these reasons might consist of the desire to keep them away from public school education. Some parents might think that the public school isn’t teaching the proper views they want their children to learn. Another reason homeschool programs exist is so that parents can have more say on what is important for their child to focus on in regard to subject matter. Whether you are a parent or someone who doesn’t know a lot about homeschool programs, read along to find out some informative information about a homeschool program that may be offered.

When one hears the words homeschool program, what do you think of? Do you think sheltered child? Do you think about parents who are too afraid to let their kids get connected with public school education? Do you think of homeschool programs as a safe alternative to the world’s standard of education? Whatever the case or your stance might be, homeschool programs are here to inform, to encourage, and to assist those wanting to provide a different type of education to their children.

If you are just getting started with the homeschool programs and learning how they work, it might be a good idea to talk with parents who are already involved with the concept. You would be surprised how many families are involved in the homeschool programs in today’s day and age. A question that might arise for parents is the concern for their children to be involved socially and to become well-rounded people. If you are thinking of doing a homeschool program, might that be a problem? Not necessarily.

There are homeschool programs that exist where other children can get involved. Many times parents are the main educators in their family when they opt to homeschool. However, they have designed homeschool programs where they connect with other kids for a variety of reasons. Some of the kids might attend a homeschool program that teaches them their science classes. When this happens, a teacher is usually brought in so they can work on their experiments and do their lab requirements. This is a good time for these kids to interact, socialize, and learn with their peers.

These students might also be involved in a homeschool program that gets them together for elective-type courses. Say one of their English requirements is to take a class on drama and theater. The homeschool programs can connect the kids through putting on a play and honing their skills in the area of fine arts. Whatever the case may be, homeschool programs can be a great alternative to today’s education system. Research wisely by talking with other parents, churches, homeschooling associations, and programs they offer.
